By shopping or browsing Zeus Clothes, you agree to use the site lawfully, provide truthful information and avoid actions that affect the site's security, availability or operation.
Products, Customization and Availability
Images, colors and previews are visual references. Custom pieces may vary slightly due to material, printing, embroidery, lighting or technical adjustments needed to produce a quality garment. Products are subject to availability and stock.
Prices and Payments
Prices may be shown in USD and, when applicable, in local references. For the USA, card payments through Stripe and other international methods may be enabled. For Venezuela, manual methods such as Zelle, Binance Pay, Mobile Payment, bank transfer or cash may be used depending on availability. An order may remain pending until payment is confirmed.
Exclusive Orders
A custom piece enters review before production. Zeus Clothes may adjust technical details to ensure quality, legibility and feasibility. The customer is responsible for sending correct text, names, notes and instructions before approval.
Shipping and Timing
Delivery times depend on country, city, shipping method, product availability and payment confirmation. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays or external causes are not directly controlled by Zeus Clothes.
Exchanges and Returns
Unused, undamaged garments in original condition may be reviewed for exchange depending on availability. Custom or exclusive pieces usually cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Creative Ownership
The designs, brand, text, images, logos, Hall of Fame entries, visual style and Zeus Clothes experience belong to Zeus Creative or their respective owners. They may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission.
Public Hall of Fame
By publishing a piece in the Zeus Hall of Fame, you authorize showing a visible name, artistic story, preview, QR and design details in the public gallery. Admin may hide or edit an entry if it does not meet brand, respect or quality criteria.
Limitation of Liability
Zeus Clothes works to provide a safe, high-quality experience, but does not guarantee uninterrupted site availability and is not responsible for external failures from internet service, payment gateways, banks, shipping services or third-party platforms.
